Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Learning Specialist Intern to support the design, development, and deployment of digital learning content. This internship offers hands-on experience in e-learning development, digital course management, and learning technologies within a dynamic L&D environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing digital learning content, including e-learning modules, interactive presentations, and video-based learning materials.
• Support the implementation and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS) by uploading courses, tracking learner progress, and generating reports.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure content aligns with learning objectives.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of digital learning programs through learner feedback and data analytics.
• Provide technical support to learners and trainers for online courses and digital learning platforms.
• Create visual assets for digital learning, using tools like Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Illustrator.
• Edit and produce basic video content for learning modules.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Interested in learning technologies and passionate about learner engagement.
• Basic understanding of e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Ispring or similar) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of e-learning course formats such as SCORM, xAP and, AICC
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Illustrator.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (Moodle or similar).
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
