Job Description

Role Overview

The Business Development Intern will support Hucap’s growth agenda by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to strategic initiatives that expand the company’s footprint. This role is designed for a proactive, ambitious, and detail-oriented individual eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, and market research within the consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and business development materials.
  • Support the team in managing client databases and tracking sales pipelines.
  • Participate in client meetings and document key discussions/action points.
  • Contribute to lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email outreach, and event coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development projects.
  • Provide administrative support for business development activities, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Research-oriented, analytical, and detail-focused.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Creativity and ability to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
