hucap
Faculty Member – Interpersonal & Professional Skills
Job Description
Hucap partners with organisations across Africa and beyond to strengthen leadership effectiveness, execution discipline, and organisational capability. We engage senior practitioners as Faculty Members to design and deliver learning and training interventions that address real organisational challenges and drive measurable behaviour change.
Our faculty are not traditional trainers delivering off-the-shelf content. They are experienced leaders, consultants, and operators who design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning programmes that enable better decisions and stronger execution.
Faculty engagements are project-based, aligned to client needs, and delivered in close collaboration with Hucap consulting teams.
